Bookings should be made in advance to ensure efficient service delivery. Late bookings can be accommodated if placed at least 24 hours before the required service.

All function booking forms must be completed and signed by the designated authority with a valid cost centre code. No function will be catered for until these control measures are completed.
Prior to events, site inspections and health & safety reports are conducted. On the day, food is delivered an hour before guests arrive, temperatures are monitored, staff wear correct PPE, and the Executive Chef is on site. Post-event inspections, reports, and client feedback follow to ensure continuous quality assurance.
